Chicken Finger Lovin'

After a long weekend I am back to share you a great recipe!
I was gone to watch my sister in the state basketball championship and she played great!
These are some chicken fingers I made and they were so good!
The garlic salt and seasoning salt tops it off. Try them for dinner for something different!

ingredients:
8 Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cups Ritz or Club Crackers, crushed
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
1 cup Plain Yogurt or Butter

directions:
Wash, and pat the chicken dry and then cut them into strips. Combine in a shallow pan the crackers cheese and salts. Coat each chicken strip with the yogurt (or melted butter) and then dip in the crumb mixture. Arrange the chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
